It's like something is dragging the game down...
Here's s check for you, run up a real match, go stand in a corner, CTRL-ALT-Del out, select the performance tab. A bet either your CPU or GFX are not running hard, maybe 50%?

yeah my cpu is at 85% and my gpu is 30-35%. anything i can do about it?
edit: i mean i can probably raise the graphics to get that percentage up but i dont think thres anything i can do for more fps

Not that I'm aware of, you can keep upping the GFX settings but that won't get you a smoother game but it will look prettier. I have no idea what causes this but I'm seeing a lot of posts. So far I've tried the following-
Rollback NV drivers to 277- no difference
Turned on Windows GPU Scheduling- no difference
Set FPS down to 120- slight improvement
Set rez down to 1920x 1080- no difference
Set all GFX settings to low- no difference
Tried making a user.cfg file with the following- no difference
Thread.ProcessorCount 12
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 24It's either the Match-making Servers or there's a bug in the game.
