Headshot hitbox issue

Why only the upper half of the head has headshot damage multipliers, while the lower half  doesn’t count as a headshot. If it were just the chin or neck, I could understand—but excluding half of the head feels excessive. This makes sniping fell broken.

I don’t believe this is a scope zeroing issue—it can be reproduced with any weapon. Unless you’ve somehow given even pistol iron sights a 100m zero
