Hold Breath/Steady Scope TOGGLE is Non-Functional

This is a bug that prevents the Hold Breath/Steady Scope TOGGLE action from being performed. This is confirmed on the PS5.

If you set the Hold Breath/Steady Scope action to TOGGLE via the menu, and then try pressing the input for it, it fails to perform the action. However, if you set the action to HOLD, there is no issue.

This bug is very easy to replicate.

Step 1: Go to settings and set the Hold Breath/Steady Scope action to HOLD

Step 2: Scope in with a high magnification (5x or 6x) scope on a Sniper or DMR type weapon

Step 3: Press and hold the input binding for the Hold Breath/Steady Scope HOLD action

Step 4: Observe that the Hold Breath/Steady Scope HOLD action works as intended

Step 5: Go to settings and set the Hold Breath/Steady Scope action to TOGGLE

Step 6: Scope in with a high magnification (5x or 6x) scope on a Sniper or DMR type weapon

Step 7: Press the input binding for the Hold Breath/Steady Scope TOGGLE action

Step 8: Observe that the Hold Breath/Steady Scope TOGGLE action is non-functional
