I cant start matchmaking (not locked either)

Hi, I cant start matchmaking despite it is not locked. I can press many times on start, but it seems nothing is happening. I am able to play training grounds. Anybody experience this?

I have it on the xbox, early access also linked my ea account accordingly, i havent played it al all :-( even today the open beta I get the same issue. Help?!
