I Found The Sun or Portal To Another Dimension

While Playing on this map (Picture attached) near the E point. My friends and I noticed this weird glowing spot on the back alley area. Its horribly bright and definitely could cause some seizure issues if you get too close to it cause it starts flashing all weird and stuff if you get near the wall. If you stay away its just a weird glowing spot, but still bad.

P.S. Didn't check if it was already in the Forum, so feel free to remove or close if already being addressed.
