(PC) Massive input delay on mouse and keyboard. Controller is fine.

Have  you experimented with nvidia's "low latency mode" or lowering your mouse's polling rate?

have you tested with wired mouse ?

also do you have  Mouse Raw Input enabled ?

Im playing on a wired mouse.
and
mouse raw input is "on" already.

Ive already tried the low latency mode. also my mouse polling rate is 800. i play with super slow sensitivity. 

I didn't see a wire on the mouse in the video you attached, I only see wire coming out of mousepad  what I assume is for charging wireless mouse

In the video, I'm using a wireless mouse, but I switch between it and a wired one. I use the Logitech G Pro and the Logitech G Pro Wireless. i like the wired mouse better because it's lighter, but I do swap between them, especially when I'm troubleshooting. For the record, I have the same issue using either mouse. What's odd is that everything is perfect when i use a controller.

Yeah turn it off. Night and day difference.
