Invisible Guns & Can't go to menu

After playing for about an hour all my weapons turned invisible. I was still able to use them but I could not see weapons or arms. Do not know how to replicate it.

Another bug I got was immediately after this but likely unrelated. When wanting to quit to menu, and confirming it, I am just left in weapon selection screen on deployment.
