Not sure if you're still having this issue i was getting it every other game. I switched to steam client instead and not had the issue once since. Some major issues with EA client its always been terrible. Solution = ditch the EA app
I run it off the EA app and have only experienced invisible players once. I was dropped into a game that was already in progress. I thought it was interesting when I got killed by someone that I never saw. And all my teammates on the mini-map seemed to be invisible.
