Jet Repair and Resupply only for NATO Side

Title.

For some reason, only the jets on the NATO side can repair and resupply, and can do it on both the friendly and enemy bases. The jets on the PAX ARMATA side are incapable of repairing and resupplying at all.

I am not sure if this is only on the one map we have with jets, or if it is a bug throughout all of the maps, but either way, needs to be fixed before launch as the NATO side has a massive advantage in the jet gameplay.
