RPG bug i allways get

I get this stupid issue allmost all the time while I'm using my rpg I take a shot hit R for reload go to shoot again rocket is loaded you can see it but when I go to fire doesnt fire rocket then glitches out then in again and there's a split second delay between firing or sometimes I have to reload 2wice bcoz its not registering I allways let the animation complete the reload.
