Jittery Gameplay

Computer Specs: 3080, I7 13700K, 32 GB RAM, and some beefy cooling. 

I have had no issues with game crashes or bugs. However, I have had a huge issue with the game being jittery. I can play about 1.5-2 games, but then the game becomes so jittery that I have to restart it. Once I restart it, the game is smooth again for about 1.5-2 games. Then the process restarts. I had most of the settings set to high or ultra. After playing around, I turned them all down to Low. This helped minimally. I have a buddy who has the same issue. We have tweaked almost every setting imaginable, including switching to Bordered, Windowed, and Full Screen modes. Full Screen was the best. I checked internet speeds, and my download is 500 Mbps and my upload is 75 Mbps in-game. However, it showed a latency of 60. Which makes me believe my game is having a hard time connecting to a close server. I live in Kansas, so this could be the problem. However, I have not had an issue with any other game besides Battlefield 2042 and this. Battlefield 2042 also shows severe latency issues. I'm really hoping that this is just a Beta issue. This game is so fun, and I've really been enjoying it. I just won't be willing to pay for a game that I can barely play if this doesn't get fixed. 

Please help me diagnose/confirm what this issue could be. Maybe I am missing something. I am confident that it is not a system issue, and it is not an internet speed issue.
