Jittery Gameplay

Computer Specs: 3080, I7 13700K, 32 GB RAM, and some beefy cooling.  I have had no issues with game crashes or bugs. However, I have had a huge issue with the game being jittery. I can play about 1....

    Update: If you have NVIDIA do not do the current update. Make sure to have driver version 577.  Turns out this was the problem.
