Locked in Alpha mode
I was in the Alpha testing and it won't let me play the beta bc it loads the alpha. I have deleted all the files from the alpha and reloaded the beta but still loads the alpha on ps5. anyone else having this issue?

Ye me too apparently some people had that same issue for 2042 and then had to wait till the full open beta for a fix to be published
Received an email about early beta access after participating in the BF alpha and when I went to play today (08/07) on PS5 I was loaded into the alpha menus after preforming an update. I reinstalled the app, deleted saved game data, ensured EA/PSN account link, and still nothing worked. Any ideas?

I can't get the Beta version to load or play.
Every time I try to enter the game it loads the alpha version.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice same results.
I have confirmed that my accounts are linked.
I also get an undefined error message.
Hi i have early access to the beta, i downloaded the game and everything but when i open the game i’m stuck in the menu, i can see the ‘news’ (‘share your feedback’, ‘legal notice’, and ‘this is alpha’) but idk how to actually start a game. I’ll put photos. There’s nothing i can click other than the game setting or anything.
Please help me the game looks so cool and i want to try it.
