**bleep** you guys are able to play? I can't get more than 20fps on a 10900kf and 3080ti. 100% cpu usage on potato settings averages 10fps
Check your power plan options make sure minimum cpu usage is set to 10% or whatever you like . Mine was on 100% lowering it fixed the issue
