Absolute flop of a public release. Even 2042 had a better covid launch, despite the lack of work, servers and rubber banding. 9800x3D, overclocked/undervolted, 5080 Astral OC overclocked (250/1700), 8000 M/T RAM tightened w/max refresh, GEN 4 NVME game drive, 14/11gbps OS drive, top 10% in the world with similar CPU/GPU 3D mark benches, max detail and FPS in 2042 plays flawlessly and this game goes from 44-109 in game within 1-2 seconds constantly. The game menu goes 171 to 62 fps in one second at menu. GPU drivers updated, Windows updated and BIOS. Even thought my overclocks were the problem. Reset BIOS and GPU only to see the same exact thing. With FPS ` console turned on, GPU can go from 400+ to 160fps in 1 second. CRAZY and unplayable. Why would I preorder a $70 or $100 game, despite being a Battlefield junky for years? CPU never went above 32%.
Waited 2 days and magically everything is as it should. So happy. Max 180hz on ultra.
