Low Performance On High end Pc

Question

Idk whats wrong for real. Idk if its only me or in general the game is so bad optimized on intel cpus.

I have an i7 - 14700k paired with and 4070ti super and 64gb ram DDR4 and the game cant get more than 100 fps inn every map except liberation peak.

I play at 1440p on an ultrawide monitor and the gpu usage doesnt get above 70-75% while the cpu is mostly working on 60-70% load.

Dlss doesnt seem to boost the game that much like 10-15fps max. Only frame gen works and gives me like 150+

Does anyone have a similar issue? Or anyone to suggest any possible solution?

Same issue here, 7800x3d and 4080 super with 32gb ddr5 ram.

Can't go over 80 frames, gpu usage goes up to 96% but wattage only goes up to 140watt, cpu is mostly working on 60-70% load.

Dlss only adds 10-15fps, same like yours.

I've tried everything I've read but issue seems to never go away.
