Matchmaking Not Working + Mode Text Invisible (PS5)

At first I had no idea how to get into a game, until I realized these images actually were the game modes without text. Not sure what they are or which is which but none of them work properly. Either matchmaking cancels itself in 10-20 seconds or, on the rare occasion I get to a loading screen, it loads forever or sends me back to the main menu.
