I found the same issue. I unplugged my rudders for DCS and everything appeared to work fine. I guess for some reason it detects the rudder as an xbox controller and both of them being not depressed is technically giving full input in one direction on the x and y axis. Now i'm only wondering how I can make the game recognize my mouse and keyboard before my rudder and hotas setup.
