I have a similar issue but quite a bit more severe. My mouse input freezes for 1/2 second and works for a 1/2 second on regular intervals perpetually. It happens even in the menu but the game's framerate is smooth and unaffected. Happened for me in BF2042 as well. Makes the game unplayable. Im using a Razr Death Adder and I'm on an Omen X2S laptop with a Win10, RTX2080, Intel Core i7-9750H and 32GB of RAM.
