They did not fix this. Forcing VSync in Drivers is not working. So no preorder, will buy when fixed.
The problem is that the mouse input is only updated at 60 FPS from the game. You can test this to lock your FPS to 120 (RTSS for example) and activate Frame Generation. The problem disappears. As soon as you go over 120 the jidder is there again. So when you play without Frame Generation (which you should anyways) and you go over 60 FPS you get this weird screen jidder when moving your mouse, because the screen just is not updated according to your inputs. With activated Frame Generation (my 4090 only has 2x) the barrier is at 120, the generated frames are interpolated by your GPU and ignoring Mouse inputs anyways.
