MY GAME KEEPS CRASHING OR FREEZING

I have images below that show the error message and specs I have with PC

I have the latest AMD drivers installed so I don't know why I keep getting this message, I played the game on medium graphics and the first 3 games were fine and then it crashed with an error message like this but shorter. i played on low graphics, same thing, it's not a computer performance issue so idk why I keep gettting crashes, sometimes it just freezes my pc and I cant even do anything so I restart.

has anyone got any solutions to this
