New Match or next match issues

I've repeatedly encountered an issue when playing in a party. After I initiate matchmaking, a game is found, but instead of joining, I'm prompted to search again. Meanwhile, other party members successfully enter the new match, and I don’t appear in their party, even though the menu still shows me as part of it.

This problem occurs both when starting a new search and after finishing a match. I suspect it might be related to me playing via EA, while the other party members are using Steam.
