No voice commands on PS5

It was already happening last week, and I noticed it’s happening again: there’s no voice commands when starting a match (ammo request, medic request, etc). Also, there’s no voice audio from any of the in-game characters. After restarting the game, it seems to fix it - but the issue has been around since week 1. I should note that I can hear human players just fine.
