Nonstop jittering

I'm running 9900K/RTX3090/32GB RAM

Nonstop jittering, I've already tried the EA overlay "fix" and nothing. I also tried the User.cfg file trick. 
I've also tried downloading the beta on Steam and the EA app. Both do the same thing.

I could use some help.
