same here. 4080, 5900x. Latest drivers (32.0.15.8088), ALR disabled globally (shouldn't have to do this as its reducing the protection level on the computer). I can get into the menu's and play on the gun range, but when launching a map it will just hang with a black screen and no error. CPU runs at about 45% for the process whilst black screened. Still able to bring up the console (`) keybd top left, but have to hard exit the game and start again.
edit just left it for a very long time and eventually the loading screen appeared. It sat on that screen for 10-15mins and although the loading bar increased, nothing happened. Also noticed that the disk was being hammered at this point, between 3-7MB/s
