PC has a high load on the GPU when sitting in the queue

Saw a lot of people on the game, when to see what's the fuzz about and when in queue I noticed my GPU going to 100%. Seems unnecessary and would like to report it as a bug   CM edit: edite...

+1 to having this fixed before launch, no reason for the menu to not respect Vsync or framerate limit you've set.
