i found a fix for it guys, so its basically rendering the menu in the background at max fps in whatever res you have it in so use radeon software or nvidia control panel to max the fps to whatever your monitor is (so you dont lose any performance when youre in the game and loaded in as setting to lower would require you to reboot the game again when you get through the queue). then you window the game using alt+enter and make it as small as possible. i set my game to 240 max fps and windowed it as small as possible and went from 97% gpu to 30%

I tried this same fix and my PC has NOT crashed after being 5mins in the queue
