PC has a high load on the GPU when sitting in the queue

Saw a lot of people on the game, when to see what's the fuzz about and when in queue I noticed my GPU going to 100%. Seems unnecessary and would like to report it as a bug   CM edit: edite...

I tested that and on my system i got ~280 FPS in main menu. This should be fixed for sure.

No need to pre-heat you GPU before game. %)

ive seen fps jumping into the thousands and even went over 20k fps while in menu and loading screens (loading screens are the worst showing the overly high fps). not until in a game does it normalize like it should be
