Performance issues on large scale game modes

Severe performance issues with lagging and frame rate drop on PC only while playing large scale game modes like conquest. Game works perfectly fine on smaller game modes like Rush and squad deathmatch. Beginning of match on conquest works fine until a few minutes into the match the issues appear and remain that way
