Quick loadout customisation when downed keybind issues

This menu always get me stuck. Sometimes I can’t get out of it.  It always happens when I’m knocked/downed waiting for revive.  I also can’t bind it to another key. I play on YGHJ instead of WASD (I...

the bind is also stuck on Y in the firing range. So I can’t move forward at all.
