"Quit to menu" doesn't work, and often the audio doesn't work properly.

I'm not sure what is happening but I'd say 80% of the time "quit to menu" doesn't work for me. If I want to leave a lobby or just actually quit the game, I have to alt+F4 to close the game, then reload it all again. 

Additionally, sometimes after waiting in the lobby my audio doesn't change all the way. I will start games with barely any audio, but it sometimes randomly fixes if I die and choose a different class.
