Rubberbanding while flying in the jet

I experience rubberbanding when flying the jet, especially close to the ground. I have no frame loss issues and no other types of lag. My ping and internet connection are stable. There is no rubberbanding when playing infantry or using ground vehicles. I tested using a different internet connection, and it was better for a while before the issue returned. Is anyone else experiencing this in the jet?
