Scaffolding on second defensive objective, Empire State

There are open windows which step down directly onto scaffolding alongside the building. I think I clipped between the building and scaffolding when I took the step, and I took a lot of fall damage. 90% of my health was taken immediately and for that life no matter what I did I could not regain or regen the health. Not a huge bug just found it weird.
