Sniping Sens /Higher magnitude scope bugged

When you zoom in with the default sniper and the scope the scope sens sticks with you a little bit after you unzoom. So the scope sens is your regular sens for a little bit after scoping out and it feels really clunky and slow. I'm using uniform infantry aiming ON maybe it's the same for other scopes but it's very easy to notice with ones that have lower sens.
