Spawn Beacon and Motion Sensor disappear

when placing about 1/4 of the time either of those two disappear. They are used from my inventory, but not placed. They don't show up on the minimap and for the beacon people can't spawn on it, but they destroy previously placed ones.

Secondly, when clicking to join on my own beacon sometimes I respawn at the base with the sapwnbeacon not broken, but I clearly clicked on the beacon.
