Spawning issues

Every match played I have experienced the following.

1. double click on a point / teammate that shows green to spawn. It will randomly spawn me at another point available, not always the closest spawn. Sometimes is across the map.
2. single click on a point / teammate that shows green to spawn and then hit space / click on spawn button. It will randomly spawn me at another point available, not always the closest spawn. Sometimes is across the map.
3. will have several green spawn points (squad/spawn beacon/objective points). It will not spawn me at any point and gives zero indication what the problem is. I have to manually click on home spawn and spawn directly there.
