sprinting while shooting bug

i've seen some people sprint and shoot assault rifles, shotguns, smg. i dont know how they're doing it but its irks me they're not using the attachment for it the compact handstop it might be a visual issue but you cant see the name of the atachment others kill you with on a list only the visual image of the item, so it could be a visual bug.
