Stuck under map in Empire State

Yesterday, while playing in Empire State and trying to redeploy closer to a teammate, both of us got stuck under the map, as shown in the screenshots (players 2 and 3).

Neither of us found a way to go back into the playable area. Also, it was not possible to interact with any player in the playable area (shoot at enemies, etc).
