this software cannot be used at the same time as the game

everytime i downloaded the game (BF6 Beta) it says “this software cannot be used at the same time as the game. please make sure its not running, please restart you pc: Interception. i have tried plentiful of times with restarting the pc and uninstalling and reinstalling the games and it still won’t work. i’m all out of options so any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!
