TIME NUDGE problem, with SLOW MOTION gameplay

First week of Beta I had no problems, ultra settings, game was AMAZING and very good optimization. Now while I play I get this TN (Time Nudge) from 10 to 800 and everything goes slow motion, fps drop, and sometimes even crashed the game and the GPU (my screensaver goes black). I tried everything I read onlyne : the cfg file, the RAM is good (I have it at the maximum mhz it can go), lowered graphic options but still I have the problem.

I know it's a big issue many people have...any solutions?

My specs are

GPU: RX 9070 XT Red Devil

CPU:Ryzen 5 7500 F

RAM: only 16 gb 6000mzh ddr5 ( I plan to update it I know it s not a lot)
