Weird aiming issue/glitch

Been having alot of fun with the beta, but one issue that just came up is the aiming glitched out. 

Will attach photos but it happened after i tried throwing a grenade. This was maybe my 5th grenade after being supplied. It went away when i died but the guns were in like a carry mode i guess?

I could still shoot and use everything, but no animations other than aiming worked like reloading didnt show but still worked. I still did damage and everything else, its just when aiming as seen in the 4th pic you couldnt see really anything
