Why every exact 5 minutes the EA connection dies

I have been playing for the past few hours and tired almost anything to fix this BS. Every 3-5 minutes the game I am in just get disconnected from the game and sent to the battlefield 6 open screen with a message of the game saying "EA connection error try again" and in less than a second I'm back in the game mode selection. This BS Is getting annoying as hell I tried to keep EA open since I have the game on steam and I have EA connectes to steam but idk what to do anymore. I restarted my internet and rounter how do I fix this????
