Xbox Can't play

I load into the main menu, select mode I want to play. Then it starts matchmaking , looks like it found one, camera pans up and the soldier stands up. Stays there for a few seconds like it's loading and then camera pans back down but soldier is still standing. So I try to matchmake again with soldier standing up it just does the exact same thing. It's just been a continuous cycle of that and even if I restart the game/console it just starts over. I've also made sure my game was up to date
