Critical Gameplay Bug Report – Breakthrough Mode Ticket Issue

During a Breakthrough match in Battlefield 6, several core gameplay mechanics stopped functioning correctly, resulting in a broken and effectively unwinnable match state. The attacking team did not lose any tickets upon death throughout the entire match, meaning the ticket count remained unchanged regardless of casualties. After successfully capturing the first sector, the next sector unlocked as expected, however the previously captured sector did not lock, allowing the defending team to recapture objectives that should no longer have been active. As a result, defenders were able to continuously regain control of previously captured flags and spawn on them indefinitely, creating an infinite gameplay loop with no clear progression.

Additionally, the spawning system appeared to malfunction, as both teams were given access to two spawn bases instead of the standard single base per side. This further contributed to the broken match flow and made it impossible to reach a proper win condition. Overall, the issue severely impacted gameplay balance and match integrity, effectively turning the round into an endless match with unlimited respawns and no functional sector progression.

Additionally, I am attaching a fragment of my Twitch stream where the issue is clearly visible. In the footage, it can be observed that the map state is inconsistent with standard Breakthrough rules, including active previous sectors and multiple spawn bases. It also clearly shows that the attacking team tickets are not decreasing despite player deaths.
