I stopped leveling up.

Hello EA, unfortunately I've been playing BF6 but there are bugs occurring, such as configuration problems that randomly delete settings, and now recently a leveling issue. Yesterday I reached level 88 while playing, but after turning it off and on hours later I was back at level 86. I played again, reached level 87, and today when I turned it on again I'm back at 86. What's happening???
