Mouse inputs are overriding button inputs when flying a jet.

Since this last patch jets behave differently when you have two options for inputs. I've bound space to pitch up and previously when I hit space i would pitch up regardless of what my mouse was doing. Now whenever my mouse is doing any amount of input it completely takes over. Is there any way to revert it to how it previously was?
