EA app, BF6 error and the promised compensations missing

 I must express my strong disappointment that this issue has not been resolved. This is simply not acceptable.

I pre-ordered the game and the Phantom Edition add-on and made arrangements to take a vacation day from work so I could play on launch day. It was incredibly frustrating to find that my friends using Steam could play, but I was locked out by the EA App while sitting here ready to go.

While I know that technical problems happen (I work in IT, so I understand the reality of these things), the real issue is the unfulfilled promise of compensation. As a paying customer who pre-ordered, I am owed what was guaranteed. I have attached the screenshot that confirms your promise.

Despite following repetitive support instructions, including full reinstallation many times—which has now correctly applied the Phantom Edition to my account—the promised compensation remains missing.

12 Hardware and 12 Career 60 minute boosters

I won't close the issue at the EA support, i will reopen or open ticket about this every week. 
I do not care the 12+12 XP boosters! It is just a game. But this is a matter of principle.

    EA said they were giving compensation boosters to EA App players who were affected, yet hundreds of people still haven’t received anything. Contact EA Help and submit a ticket with proof. Mention that this was a public promise of compensation, not a random reward. If they don’t resolve it, you can also file a complaint through your local consumer protection agency since companies are still bound by consumer laws when they make public commitments like this. It’s not about the boosters anymore, As you said it’s about EA following through on what they said.

    Also still nothing on my end and i have sent proof and all of that. Still the same AI answers from support

    I have also raised this issue, we asked for the cause to be identified and fixed which it eventually was. It was EA who promised the the rewards to all of those affected, all I'm asking for now is delivery. I had an email in my EA account mailbox prompting me to claim them, but as soon as I clicked the link the whole message trail disappeared.

    They told me they would email me about it (in live chat), and I get an email saying "case closed" a day later, then another asking how they did.

    The case before that (live chat), I did receive an email, saying they have already resolved the issue. 

    I of course have not received my compensation.

    I reflect this in my follow up and well refer to my first statement...

    Yes it clearly say that ANYONE WHO WAS IMPACTED for rhe outage. It doesn't say you won't get it if you browse menus or went firing range since EA APP counts that as a play time. I think everyone who bought the game from EA APP was impacted. They oviously f.... up with the compensation distribution and they try to fix it and now just silence seem to be last option since they don't know how compensate the rest who didn't receive this. Even EA / DICE people who commented that topic has been radio silence after that. That Vince guy said looking in to it and after that say nothing because EA can not fix it. I have wrote bad reviews for the game at Metacritics and Steam. I also not care anymore about the XP boost or the free battle pass (what looks not nice) but if you promise something you keep your word!
