I must express my strong disappointment that this issue has not been resolved. This is simply not acceptable.
I pre-ordered the game and the Phantom Edition add-on and made arrangements to take a vacation day from work so I could play on launch day. It was incredibly frustrating to find that my friends using Steam could play, but I was locked out by the EA App while sitting here ready to go.
While I know that technical problems happen (I work in IT, so I understand the reality of these things), the real issue is the unfulfilled promise of compensation. As a paying customer who pre-ordered, I am owed what was guaranteed. I have attached the screenshot that confirms your promise.
Despite following repetitive support instructions, including full reinstallation many times—which has now correctly applied the Phantom Edition to my account—the promised compensation remains missing.

I won't close the issue at the EA support, i will reopen or open ticket about this every week.
I do not care the 12+12 XP boosters! It is just a game. But this is a matter of principle.
They told me they would email me about it (in live chat), and I get an email saying "case closed" a day later, then another asking how they did.
The case before that (live chat), I did receive an email, saying they have already resolved the issue.
I of course have not received my compensation.
I reflect this in my follow up and well refer to my first statement...
