Hello, dear sirs. I would like to ask whether you have started processing my appeal. Over the past month, I only played Battlefield 6 on June 26th, and I did not use any cheat software. During the session on June 26th, there were some disruptions — the Leishen accelerator I use suffered an unprovoked network attack, which caused network instability. Afterwards, without exiting the game, I changed the acceleration node. Perhaps this is what led to my Battlefield 6 ban; I'm not sure, maybe it was another reason.

I have submitted appeals multiple times, and all of them failed. I have heard that you can verify whether a player truly used cheats by reviewing match data. I love the Battlefield series and fully support the fight against cheating, but wrongful penalties damage the experience of loyal players. I earnestly request that you re-examine my game match data and help lift the ban on my account. I have truly been wrongfully accused.
