Same here, man.

I grinded ~300 suppressions in Gauntlet (around 6 hours), and yesterday I went to finish the hipfire requirement - I had about 5k left. I ended up completing it right when the challenges rotated, so the game shows both challenges as completed, but the KTS-100 is still locked on my end.

So I did all the work, but I can't access or level the weapon because the unlock didn't trigger properly.

So now:

Both challenges say done
Weapon is still locked
And I can't level it or use it because the unlock is bugged

Really feels like a complete waste of time.

I already contacted Support to ask for either:

A manual unlock, or
Some kind of compensation,
since we literally did the required work but the game just isn't giving the unlock.

They just replied "we know about the issue, here is the thread to upvote" and told me to be patient. But I know what "be patient" means with these kinds of bugs (maybe it gets fixed in a few years).

This is honestly really frustrating.
